• No account is required to use Rise
• We do not collect or track your name, email address, or private identity
• We do not link personal details to your device
• We only use limited app behavior data to improve the product
• Image-based task checks are processed only when needed for app functionality

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Rise may store app data locally on your device, including:

• Alarm settings
• Task preferences
• App settings and progress

This information is used to make the app work properly. Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data.

3. Image-Based Task Scanning

Rise includes image-based scanning tasks, such as scanning items, confirming that you made your bed, or completing other visual tasks.

When you use these features, images may be sent to the Gemini API for detection and task verification. The image is processed by the provider to determine whether the task has been completed.

• Images are processed securely by the detection provider
• We do not use these images to identify you personally
• We do not track your name, email, or private identity with these scans

You can control camera access through your device settings.

4. App Behavior Analytics

We use analytics and attribution services to understand how people use Rise and to improve the app experience.

• RevenueCat

We may track app behavior events such as:

• Viewing onboarding screens
• Creating alarms
• Starting or completing tasks
• Interacting with app features
• Purchasing or managing subscriptions

This information helps us understand what features are useful, fix issues, and improve Rise.

5. Information We Do Not Track

We do not track or link private personal details to your device.

6. In-App Purchases

Rise may offer paid features or subscriptions through the App Store.

• Payments are processed securely by Apple
• We do not access or store your payment card details
• RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase status and subscription access

Information collected or processed through Rise is used only to:

Rise is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
